Diamond Discs are used for improved grinding, lapping and pre-polish finish of ceramics, carbides, quartz, sapphire, hardened metals and other materials. These discs should always be used with lubrication to obtain optimum performance and life.
MK-1000 Saber
Ultra-thin and made of stainless steel, the Saber blade conserves gem materials and holds waste to a minimum. This makes it an ideal choice for such precious materials as sapphire, jade, ruby and opal. The Saber blade cuts at twice the speed of ordinary lapidary blades. The Ultra thin rim cuts with little chipping and leaves a remarkably smooth surface requiring less polishing time.
MK-303
Professional grade continuous rim blades for lapidary materials. The MK-303 produces smoother cuts and is used for cutting rare and valuable materials when waste must be held to a minimum and speed of cut is essential. The Professional series diamond blades last longer and will cut faster than ordinary notched-rim or plated-diamond blades.
